Nichols Electric Supply was established in 1998 in Haubstadt, Indiana by brothers John and Jim Nichols. They built the company on the foundation of providing unparalleled service to customers by offering same day deliveries for stock material saving the customer both time and money on jobs. This focus on excellent customer service gave rise to our slogan "Founded on Service... Committed to Excellence". John and Jim built the current location located in Evansville, IN in 2006 which offers one of the largest warehouses in the Tri-State area. 

 

Nichols Electric was acquired by Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. (CED) in 2019. Our commitment to superior service and maintaining a large stocked warehouse for our customers remains as the unwavering core of what we do.

 

Since our inception we have reliably supplied material to residential, commercial, and industrial contractors in the Tri-State area at competitive prices. We also supply product to local manufacturing facilities and utilities. Our large counter area accommodates walk-in customers as well. We stock many trusted and well-known manufacturers.
